Previously, the military had banned its members from using all forms of marijuana, hemp, and CBD products, even if the products didn’t contain THC. This decision that was made in February received a lot of backlash as it prohibited CBD use for basic supplements. An amendment was recently made to change this decision and now military service members can use products derived from hemp, as long as the product is in compliance with regulations. This means that members can now benefit from taking CBD and hemp derived products as long as they do not contain THC in them.
